"Folks did use salsa and less taco sauce. Some folks said crust wasn't cooked enough for them, so check make sure you start oven when you are mixing up casserole. Don't add more ground beef, it doesn't seem to end well."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2
In small mixing bowl, mix Bisquick, water, and refried beans together.
Step 3
Spread in 9"x9" Pam sprayed baking dish.
Step 4
Fry ground beef and onions until brown and season lightly.
Step 5
Drain off any grease.
Step 6
Mix in taco sauce.
Step 7
Pour over "crust" mix.
Step 8
Sprinkle with cheese.
Step 9
Cover with Pam sprayed foil.
Step 10
Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
