Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Crust
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 15 ounces refried beans (1 can)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Filling
  • 1 pound ground beef (chuck)
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 16 ounces taco sauce, not salsa (1 jar)
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  • Step 2: In small mixing bowl, mix Bisquick, water, and refried beans together.

  • Step 3: Spread in 9"x9" Pam sprayed baking dish.

  • Step 4: Fry ground beef and onions until brown and season lightly.

  • Step 5: Drain off any grease.

  • Step 6: Mix in taco sauce.

  • Step 7: Pour over "crust" mix.

  • Step 8: Sprinkle with cheese.

  • Step 9: Cover with Pam sprayed foil.

  • Step 10: Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
