Ingredients
- Crust
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 15 ounces refried beans (1 can)
- 1/4 cup water
- Filling
- 1 pound ground beef (chuck)
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 16 ounces taco sauce, not salsa (1 jar)
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2: In small mixing bowl, mix Bisquick, water, and refried beans together.

Step 3: Spread in 9"x9" Pam sprayed baking dish.

Step 4: Fry ground beef and onions until brown and season lightly.

Step 5: Drain off any grease.

Step 6: Mix in taco sauce.

Step 7: Pour over "crust" mix.

Step 8: Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 9: Cover with Pam sprayed foil.

Step 10: Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
