Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°.

Step 2

Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Step 3

Mix 2 tablespoons sugar with the cinnamon in small bowl and set aside.

Step 4

Mix remaining ingredients to a soft dough.

Step 5

Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Step 6

Shape each into a ball; place on baking sheet.

Step 7

Bake 8-10 minutes.

Step 8

Serve warm.

My family loved these. I had 2 grandsons over who were 'starving' so didn't take time for photos in case they would faint away. lol. They were gone in minutes and they both kept saying that they tasted like snickerdoodle biscuits. Thanks for sharing and making me look like a hero, Teresa.

Wow, we really enjoyed these tender little treats Teresa. Loved that they weren't too sweet. Quick and really easy to make, they were wonderful served warm with butter and coffee. Thanks for sharing this lovely treat. Made for First Time Tag .

These worked out well for us. I did not have enough biscuit so also used self-rising flour to make up the amount needed (used abut 1/2 flour and 1/2 biscuit mix), otherwise made as directed. Thanks for sharing!
