Step by Step Method
Cook potatoes to almost done; drain.
Chop them into bite sized pieces.
Heat oil in large skillet and add potatoes and onions.
Brown potatoes and onion in a pan, then add the meat.
Add butter and mix it well together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce
Fry eggs sunny side up in butter lightly season
Sprinkle with parsley on top
Heat them up unless they are pickled
