Step 1: Cook potatoes to almost done; drain.

Step 3: Heat oil in large skillet and add potatoes and onions.
Step 4: Brown potatoes and onion in a pan, then add the meat.
Step 5: Add butter and mix it well together.
Step 6: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7: Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce
Step 8: Eggs:
Step 9: Fry eggs sunny side up in butter lightly season
Step 10: Sprinkle with parsley on top
Step 11: Beets:
Step 12: Heat them up unless they are pickled
