  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 8 ounces smoked sausage, cut in coins
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Eggs:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, minced
  • Beets:
  • 1 can(15 ounces) sliced beets drained

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook potatoes to almost done; drain.

  • Step 2: Chop them into bite sized pieces.

  • Step 3: Heat oil in large skillet and add potatoes and onions.

  • Step 4: Brown potatoes and onion in a pan, then add the meat.

  • Step 5: Add butter and mix it well together.

  • Step 6: Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 7: Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce
