"I saw this on my friend's Facebook page, with the name called The Best Frosting Ever! looking at the photo it looks like it just may be really good, not sure if it's the best I have not tried it yet... you may want to try it for yourself and be the judge of that!..... I think for different flavor options you can try different flavors of pudding mix, chocolate flavor pudding mix with chocolate flavor Cool Whip, heck I think they even make chocolate cream cheese and what about chocolate milk?? now that would send any chocolate lover straight up to chocolate heaven!!!!"

Step by Step Method

In a bowl using a hand mixer on low speed combine the milk or cream with instant vanilla pudding until thickened; set aside.

In another bowl, on low speed beat the cream cheese with the Cool Whip. Whisk in the milk/pudding mix until smooth and well combined.
Step 3
Refrigerate while cake cools.
Step 4
Ice the cooled cake, and enjoy this lovely light icing.
