Step by Step Method

Step 1

Add oil to hot pan. add spices stirring after each addition. Add ginger and stir, then add garlic and stir.

Step 2

Add chilies and potatoes, fry gently so they don't fall apart should be round balls. Cook until golden color about 10 minutes.

Such interesting potatoes that are Sooo delicious! The spices along with the ginger and garlic makes these taste fabulous, though as my natural way, I upped the garlic and ginger a bit. To prevent the spices, ginger and garlic from burning, fried the potatoes first, then pushed them aside to cook the garlic and ginger, and then added the spices. Best of Stuff.
