Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine barbecue sauce, ketchup, beer, honey, lemon juice,

Vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, pepper, garlic

Step 3

And onions.

Step 4

Place steak in marinade and let stand at room tepmerature for up to 2 hours, or in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 5

When ready to cook, remove steak, and place marinade in saucepan, and cook for 10 minutes, or until thickened.

Step 6

Use as sauce for basting or serving with cooked steak.

LOVE IT!!! I used Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce for the marinade and marinated NY Sirloins overnight. Steaks were real tender and tasted amazing! I will save this for making again and again. I don't want to lose this one!

I marinated the steaks overnight, then grilled the steaks, and heated the sauce on the stove. This sauce was excellent! Loved the flavor of beer in the barbecue sauce over the steaks!!
