Beef Stir Fry With Snow Peas
"This is an easy, quick beef stir fry recipe that we all loved. Prep time does not include marinating. I like to serve mine over rice. Enjoy! *Note - I have made this without any marinating time and it still turned out well."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put steak in a large bowl and sprinkle with corn starch; stirring to coat.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together 2 T. soy sauce and the white sugar until the sugar dissolves. Then stir this into the bowl with the steak until combined.
Step 3
Chill, covered, at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
Step 4
Make stir fry sauce: whisk together the remaining 4 T. soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, and crushed red pepper (if using) in a small bowl and reserve.
Step 5
Heat 1 T. oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 6
Add the onion, celery, carrot, and garlic, and cook while stirring for about 3 minutes.
Step 7
Add the snow peas, bell pepper, and green peas, and cook while stirring for about 3 minutes more - or until the veggies are crisp tender.
Step 8
Remove all veggies from skillet.
Step 9
Heat remaining 1 T. oil in the same skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 10
Add steak and cook, stirring occasionally, to desired doneness, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 11
Stir in the veggies and stir fry sauce until combined.
