Step by Step Method
Step 1
Generously, season the steaks on both sides with the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Brown the steaks for around 2 minutes per side.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the onion, green pepper, and diced tomatoes, then cover and cook for 5 minutes.
