Step by Step Method

Step 1

In casserole dish, crisscross bacon for each burger patty.

Step 2

Put patty in center.

Step 3

Smear mustard to taste.

Step 4

Season to taste.

Step 5

Place slice of onion, cheese and then tomato on top.

Step 6

Wrap the bacon over it.

Step 7

Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 50 minutes until done.

Very good and interesting but I think next time will precook the bacon for a bit as the bacon didn't complete cook and wasn't crisp -- but the burgers were great. Thanks for sharing!
