  • 12 ounces bacon (12 strips)
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (6 patties)
  • 6 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 slices onion
  • 6 slices tomato
  • 6 ounces American cheese (6 slices)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In casserole dish, crisscross bacon for each burger patty.

  • Step 2: Put patty in center.

  • Step 3: Smear mustard to taste.

  • Step 4: Season to taste.

  • Step 5: Place slice of onion, cheese and then tomato on top.

  • Step 6: Wrap the bacon over it.

  • Step 7: Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 50 minutes until done.
