Step 1

I love mushroom burgers, but fin them messy to eat, so this is a good solution-put them inside the burger. Burger was moist and flavorful. I pan fried mine. Thanks for a keeper.

Another great Burger - Loved it. Even though there were onions & mushrooms in the burger patty I still like a slice of sweet onion on the burger.I used white cheddar cheese. Also added lettuce abd tomato. So many burgers so little time Thanks Bea for a wonderful Saturday night dinner. 8 Jan 17 Love the burger - The photos I took were terrible but will make this recipe again an take better photos23 Nov 18 .
