"When I was in college, a classmate gave me this recipe. She said her mother made it when she was a child, and it always reminds her of home. For us, it's comfort food on a cold day :) This can be baked in a casserole dish instead of a skillet, and you could use canned biscuits instead of the drop kind."

In an iron skillet, crumble beef and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cook beef until no longer pink, then add chopped onions and continue cooking until meat is browned. Add garlic and cook a couple minutes longer.

Add 1 cup milk, soup, and cream cheese to skillet and stir until cheese melts and all is combined. Then stir in Worcestershire sauce and ketchup.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, combine biscuit mix and 1/2 cup milk and stir.

Step 5

Drop biscuit dough on top of meat mixture in small biscuit-sized balls (5-7 biscuits), then paint biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.

Place skillet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until biscuits are golden.

In a word "DELICIOUS"! Great comfort food! Made as written but did use canned biscuits (Grands). Thanks Missmanda for posting this quick and easy meal for any day of the week, I feel that this would also be a good breakfast. Made for the "Billboard Recipe Tag Game"
