Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2: In an iron skillet, crumble beef and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cook beef until no longer pink, then add chopped onions and continue cooking until meat is browned. Add garlic and cook a couple minutes longer.
Step 3: Add 1 cup milk, soup, and cream cheese to skillet and stir until cheese melts and all is combined. Then stir in Worcestershire sauce and ketchup.
Step 4: In a separate bowl, combine biscuit mix and 1/2 cup milk and stir.
Step 5: Drop biscuit dough on top of meat mixture in small biscuit-sized balls (5-7 biscuits), then paint biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
Step 6: Place skillet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until biscuits are golden.
