Step 1

Mix together the meat and beans and heat through in oven or microwave.

Step 2

Place the cheddar cheese on top of the fajita shells and warm in oven or microwave until cheese is melted.

Step 3

Add the romaine leaf over the cheese and top with the meat and bean mixture.

Step 4

Divide the onion and salsa sauce over the meat mixture and roll up the shell tucking the bottom end in so it will not drip.
