Step 1: Mix together the meat and beans and heat through in oven or microwave.
Step 2: Place the cheddar cheese on top of the fajita shells and warm in oven or microwave until cheese is melted.
Step 3: Add the romaine leaf over the cheese and top with the meat and bean mixture.
Step 4: Divide the onion and salsa sauce over the meat mixture and roll up the shell tucking the bottom end in so it will not drip.
Step 5: Enjoy.
