"This is a lovely rib recipe I copied from a Bon Appétit magazine. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free BBQ sauce."
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together the first 10 ingredients and rub all over the ribs.
Wrap each rack individually in foil, crimping seams to seal tightly.
Place on a baking sheet and bake until fork tender, about 3 hours.
Increase heat to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and remove ribs from oven.
Open foil packet and carefully slice the ribs in between the bones about 1/2 way through.
Brush both sides of the ribs with the BBQ sauce and place on two foil paper lined baking sheets.
Bake for 15 minutes and serve.

Used baby back ribs for this delicious recipe! Loved the flavour and the result was fall off the bone yumminess. The amount of the rub was right on. Will be adding a wee of heat next time. Thanks for sharing Bea! Update 7/21/18...These ribs never fail to be wonderful! Used Sweet Baby Ray's original bbq sauce this time.
