Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (prepared)
  • 4 to 4 1/2 pounds pork ribs (2 racks, membranes removed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: Mix together the first 10 ingredients and rub all over the ribs.

  • Step 3: Wrap each rack individually in foil, crimping seams to seal tightly.

  • Step 4: Place on a baking sheet and bake until fork tender, about 3 hours.

  • Step 5: Increase heat to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and remove ribs from oven.

  • Step 6: Open foil packet and carefully slice the ribs in between the bones about 1/2 way through.

  • Step 7: Brush both sides of the ribs with the BBQ sauce and place on two foil paper lined baking sheets.

  • Step 8: Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
