I loved these delicious Tuna cakes! Something different for a change. I topped mine with cheese, lettuce, tomato, bread and butter pickle, slice of Spanish onion, Maple bacon, Aioli sauce, and had it in a Cabana roll. I cut the recipe down to serve 2. Great lunch!

These were really tasty...first time having a tuna patty...liked the Parmesan flavor...I cooked them in the oven...I cut the recipe down to 3 servings and I got 3 patties...very easy to prepare...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
