"This recipe produces a lovely, flavorful, moist salmon. If you don't like spice use ordinary paprika. This recipe was originally in Cooks.com with some changes in this recipe. If you want it less spicy do not use all of the spice mixture. The spice mixture is also excellent on skinless boneless chicken"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Wash and dry the filets, spread a coat of mayonnaise all over the filets

Step 2

Mix the Onion powder, garlic powder, dill and Mrs Dash together and sprinkle all over the filets, then sprinkle with the paprika

Step 3

Lightly oil an oven proof dish with oil, place in the salmon Bake in 375f oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the fish flakes
