Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 fillets (12 ounces) salmon (6 ounces each, skinless, boneless)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mrs Dash (original)
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika

How to Make

  • Step 1: Wash and dry the filets, spread a coat of mayonnaise all over the filets

  • Step 2: Mix the Onion powder, garlic powder, dill and Mrs Dash together and sprinkle all over the filets, then sprinkle with the paprika

  • Step 3: Lightly oil an oven proof dish with oil, place in the salmon Bake in 375f oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the fish flakes
