Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450f
Step 2
Mix prepared parsnips, chopped rosemary, garlic and oil. place on a large rimmed bake sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to evenly coat the parsnips. Have them in a single layer
Step 3
Roast 10 minutes turn and roast until the parsnips are tender about 10-15 minutes longer
Step 4
Crumble the rosemary sprigs, discard the stems and sprinkle over the parsnip fries, toss and sprinkle on the cumin. Add more cumin if desired
