Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Toss apples with nuts, sugar and cinnamon.
Step 3
Alternate layers of yams and apples in a baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Step 4
Bake in covered in a greased baking dish for 30 - 40 minutes.
Step 5
Cover with marshmallows and put back under broiler until golden brown. Watch very closely or they will burn.
