Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine the melted butter with lemon juice, oregano, Old Bay seasoning and salt whisking well for a few seconds until well combined.

Step 2

Add in shrimp and mix together gently and coating thoroughly.

Place a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil over a 15.25" x 10.25" sheet pan, then layer the top of the foil evenly with lemon slices.

Step 4

Place the coated shrimp on top of the lemon slices until the entire tray is filled. Sprinkle some black pepper over the top.

Step 5

Position oven rack to second-lowest position.

Step 6

Preheat oven to 350 degree.

Step 7

Bake shrimp for 12 -15 minutes.

Step 8

Serve with lemon wedges.
