Step 1: Combine the melted butter with lemon juice, oregano, Old Bay seasoning and salt whisking well for a few seconds until well combined.
Step 2: Add in shrimp and mix together gently and coating thoroughly.
Step 3: Place a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil over a 15.25" x 10.25" sheet pan, then layer the top of the foil evenly with lemon slices.
Step 4: Place the coated shrimp on top of the lemon slices until the entire tray is filled. Sprinkle some black pepper over the top.
Step 5: Position oven rack to second-lowest position.
Step 6: Preheat oven to 350 degree.
Step 7: Bake shrimp for 12 -15 minutes.
Step 8: Serve with lemon wedges.
