Step 1

Brown ground beef with garlic, about 8-10 minutes; drain fat. Mix in taco seasoning, chili flakes, refried beans and tomato sauce. Cook stirring for about 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 3

Grease a 9x13 inch pan.

Step 4

Divide the cooked taco filling into taco shells. Place them side by side in pan.

Step 5

Top each shell with shredded cheese.

Step 6

Bake for approximately 15 minutes, (watching closely that they don't brown too much).

Step 7

Serve with toppings. SO GOOD!
