Step 1: Brown ground beef with garlic, about 8-10 minutes; drain fat. Mix in taco seasoning, chili flakes, refried beans and tomato sauce. Cook stirring for about 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 3: Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
Step 4: Divide the cooked taco filling into taco shells. Place them side by side in pan.
Step 5: Top each shell with shredded cheese.
Step 6: Bake for approximately 15 minutes, (watching closely that they don't brown too much).
Step 7: Serve with toppings. SO GOOD!
