"This is a great recipe I found in a Kraft "What's Cooking" magazine. It is changed up a tad bit to suit my tastes. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free Italian dressing."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Microwave potatoes and water in a 2 litre microwavable dish on HIGH for 10 minutes, or until tender.
Step 2
Cool 5 minutes and drain; place on work surface.
Step 3
Flatten the potatoes to 1/2 inch thick with a spatula.
Step 4
Heat the salad dressing in a large skillet on medium heat.
Step 5
Add potatoes; cook 4 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown.
Step 6
Turn; top with cheese and bacon.
Step 7
Cover and cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted
