Step 1: Microwave potatoes and water in a 2 litre microwavable dish on HIGH for 10 minutes, or until tender.
Step 2: Cool 5 minutes and drain; place on work surface.
Step 3: Flatten the potatoes to 1/2 inch thick with a spatula.
Step 4: Heat the salad dressing in a large skillet on medium heat.
Step 5: Add potatoes; cook 4 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown.
Step 6: Turn; top with cheese and bacon.
Step 7: Cover and cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted
