Step by Step Method

Step 1

Remove and discard the membrane from the ribs and set them aside.

Step 2

Mix together the salt, pepper, onion powder and mustard powder

Step 3

Rub the ribs with the spice mixture; wrap them up with foil and place on a cookie sheet flesh side down.

Step 4

Bake in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 60 minutes.

Step 5

Remove from oven, remove the foil and return the ribs to the cookie sheet with the flesh side up.

Step 6

Turn the oven to broil and mix together the mayonnaise, hot sauce, Worcestershire and mustard and brush over the ribs.

Step 7

Return the ribs to the oven on the top shelf and cook until the sauce is bubbling and the ribs start to brown. (The time will vary from one oven to another so keep a close eye on these)

Step 8

Remove the ribs from the oven and serve.

These ribs are yummy! Full of flavor, and tender and juicy. With some cornbread, corn on the cob, and coleslaw we enjoyed it all immensely!
