Step by Step Method

Step 1

Blend together sugar, salt, baking soda, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.

Step 2

Mix oil and eggs and add pecans, raisins and pumpkin.

Step 3

Grease 2 loaf pans.

Step 4

Place dough equally in pans.

Step 5

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 70-90 minutes.

Step 6

Cool on racks for 30 minutes.

Step 7

Whip cream cheese until spreadable.

Step 8

Split loaves lengthwise; fill with cream cheese and cut into finger-size servings.
