"This recipe is so easy and delicious! There's no cooking and peeling potatoes. It couldn't be easier! The first time I took this to a potluck, I was asked for the recipe by several people. The recipe comes from the cookbook The Best of Mennonite Fellowship Meals. Prep time includes 1 hour in refrigerator before baking."
