I actually soaked the asparagus spears in pickle juice overnight then followed instructions as listed. This turned out so good!! Hubby usually forces himself to eat asparagus, but not this time, he loved them.

Super easy way to give your asparagus a little flavor. I was worried about using too much pickle brine but the flavor is actually pretty mild. I actually made it twice and added more pickle brine the second time. Yum!
