"These flavourful, marinated pork tenderloin kabobs soaked with hoisin sauce, ginger and garlic are a walk in the park to make. Skewering meat vs grilling it whole means it will cook much faster. From Greta Podleski. The marinating time is not reflected in the cook time."

Delicious! I had a pork tenderloin in the fridge and needed to use it up, and this recipe fit in perfectly. Weather was perfect too! I added some veggies for easy cooking. Thanks for sharing! Made for What's on the Menu tag game.

This marinade is GOOD! I followed the directions for the pork to the letter, but did thread some bell pepper, onion & fresh pineapple onto the skewers... I knew my kids would eat the fruit/vegetables if they were on a stick. I would definitely make this again and highly recommend. Made for Billboard Tag here in forums (come find us and play!)

Our first grilling of the year. The spices on this are subtle. Very good if you don't like spicy food (like me). I made this for What's on the Menu? On Food Friends and Fun. The grilling time was fine. I marinated it for a good three hours.
