Step 1: In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together all the marinade ingredients until well blended.
Step 2: Reserve 1/4 cup marinade for basting kabobs.
Step 3: Seal bag and turn several times to coat pork evenly with marinade.
Step 4: Refrigerate for 1 - 4 hours.
Step 5: Preheat grill to medium-high.
Step 6: Thread pork cubes onto skewers and discard marinade in bag.
Step 7: Lightly oil grill racks.
Step 8: Grill kabobs for about 8 minutes total, turning every 2 minutes or so.
Step 9: Baste generously with the reserved marinade during the last minute of cooking time.
Step 10: Really soak them with sauce.
Step 11: Serve hot.
