Yesterdays lunch and once again dd and I enjoyed a Lovecooken soup. I did have to take liberties, my mint went by the wayside, had to sub fresh basil with dry and no limes on hand. Found our local Co op carries the awesome fresh soba noodles which we love. Needing to use bottled lime juice I was cautious and yes one tablespoon was right on which had daughter say reminded her of Sweet and Sour Soup. Toasted Rye bread made a nice side.

I made these just like instructed except I didn't use any hot sauce. I didn't plan on using any. I used rice vermicelli noodles. This was easy to make. I used low sodium broth and low sodium soy, which I think helped the taste. My husband and I both liked this. I made it for Pick Me Tag Game 2019.

Delicious! Loved these Asian flavors in a soup! I subbed linguine noodles as that is what I had on hand.

Great soup which we enjoyed! I did make some changes based on what I had on hand -- used flank steak and regular noodles. Delicious soup and fast too! Thanks for sharing!
