"They made the dough too. With 3 cups of wheat flour and water ,im using wonton wrappers , the filling recipe just do standard won ton -ravioli recipe They used 20 stalks spring onion or young leeks The dough circles are called ashak they are cut with 3 inch jar lids This is served on large platter"

On plate smooth thin layer of sour cream

Then put the ground beef with boiling butter on top
