Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound spring onion,minced
  • 1 package (8 ounces)round wonton wrappers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water, warm
  • 2 cups onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoons dried mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dumplings:

  • Step 2: Mix the spring onions with salt ,pepper and 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • Step 3: Mix thoughtly with hands

  • Step 4: Filling :

  • Step 5: On 1/2 the wonton put 2 full teaspoons

  • Step 6: Make semi circle and scalloped edge

  • Step 7: Set aside on floured platter these stick so dont pile on top of each other

  • Step 8: Cooking:

  • Step 9: Put into boiling water

  • Step 10: Cook 5 minutes

  • Step 11: Drain

  • Step 12: Ground beef:

  • Step 13: Boil the butter

  • Step 14: Add onions

  • Step 15: Brown

  • Step 16: Add ground beef

  • Step 17: Season to taste

  • Step 18: Add tomato sauce and 1 cup warm water

  • Step 19: Cook until water evaporates

  • Step 20: Sour cream :

  • Step 21: Mix with salt and garlic powder to taste

  • Step 22: Plating:

  • Step 23: On plate smooth thin layer of sour cream

  • Step 24: Put the ravioli on top

  • Step 25: Cover with sour cream

  • Step 26: Then put the ground beef with boiling butter on top

  • Step 27: Sprinkle with mint
