I cut recipe in half and served with oven baked chicken thighs. Great flavor in rice, but ketchup always comes across as sweet to me, so next time I will use tomato sauce mixed with a little rice vinegar for the ketchup tang.

I was babysitting the grandkids for the March break and was looking for kid friendly recipes when I stumbled upon this gem. I knew they would love it as soon as I read the ingredients list. And, I was right, they devoured this! What a great way to use up leftover ham and rice.
