Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place apricot puree and sugar,cinnamon in sauce pan and cook over medium heat until the fruit is translucent and has a jam-like texture, about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Place in the fridge overnight.
Step 3
Remove from fridge, then beat in milk cream and vanilla.
Step 4
Place in an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines to make ice cream.
