Daily Inspiration

Absolutely delicious ham glaze. The only change I made was to reduce the amount of dry mustard as my mustard tin said it was double strength and I was afraid it would be too much "heat" for the glaze. The ham was wonderful and we served it alongside an asparagus risotto and some baked beans.

KATO BABY

Lori, this is one of the best hams, we ever tried. So much flavor. I made as written but used a coarse Dijon mustard and a boneless ham, what I had on hand. Other than that made exactly as written. It was so good, the preserves and brown sugar caramelized perfectly. Thank you so much my friend for sharing this wonderful recipe, which we will enjoy for a long time. Loved the flavor of the cloves in this... Kudos on making it into my Best of Cookbook for 2017.
