Step 1: Preheat over to 325 degrees. In a shallow roasting pan with rack place ham. Score the ham by making 1/2 inch deep diamond shapes on the surface of the ham. In each diamond shape insert one clove.
Step 2: In a small bowl add the apricot preserves and stir in ground mustard. Rub mixture over ham then pat on brown sugar. Put ham in preheated oven and bake 20 minutes per pound or until a meat thermometer reaches 140 degrees.
