Step by Step Method

Step 1

Blend the peanut butter and cinnamon together with a small spatula in a small bowl, and set aside.

Step 2

Wipe the apple clean and core it, then slice it into 6 rounds.

Step 3

Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over one side of each of the 6 rounds.

Step 4

Press each round into the granola, one at a time.

Step 5

Drizzle with a bit of honey, if using.

Step 6
