Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line 8” round pan with parchment or grease well.
Step 2
Melt brown sugar and butter in microwave, pour into bottom of pan. Arrange apple slices on top of this.
Step 3
Put egg, milk and oil in a bowl and whisk. In separate bowl mix dry ingredients.
Step 4
Add the dry ingredients to the milk mixture and mix well. Pour over apples.
Step 5
Bake 35 minutes until lightly browned. Invert onto serving platter. Cut into wedges and serve.
