Step by Step Method
Step 1
Sauté green pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons of butter.
Step 2
Add seasoning, tomatoes and juice.
Step 3
Simmer covered for 1 hour.
Step 4
Blend in the cornstarch with water using a wire whip.
Step 5
Simmer.
Step 6
Remove bay leaf.
Step 7
They said strain it, but they probably use stick blender now.
Step 8
Refrigerate.
