Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2
In a bowl ,combine sour cream, buttermilk, molasses and egg.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Step 4
Pour the flour mixture into the sour cream mixture and combine thoroughly.
Step 5
Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes and the reduce oven to 350F and continue baking for 20-25 minutes, until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
Step 6
Cool and serve.
