Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Step 6

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool completely.

Step 7

Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or a double boiler.

Step 8

Spoon about 1/2 tablespoon of melted chocolate onto the bottom of each cookie and spread it evenly.

Step 9

Place the bottom of the cookie down on a sheet of parchment paper and let the chocolate set for about 30 minutes.

Step 10

Once the chocolate has hardened, the cookies are ready to serve and enjoy!

This gets five stars for taste, and less for the technical outcome, not quite sure how to rate that, because I'm not sure if it was me or the recipe. They turned out very chewy (the ones I know are crisp, but I like chewy, so that's good), but unfortunately, they don't really hold together. During baking, the liquids ran away, so maybe next time I try them I'll just add a little bit of starch or ground almonds as a binder to prevent the liquids from escaping. I guess that's the reason why they don't hold together, part of the glue leaked out. Instead of covering the back with chocolate, I poured the chocolate on top to hold them together LOL That works for me, so I'm happy. Thanks for sharing! Made for FYC game
