Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Place flour in a shallow dish.

Step 3

In another shallow dish pour in the beer.

Step 4

In a third shallow dish combine the bread crumbs, almonds and thyme.

Step 5

Dip fish into the flour, turning to coat, then dip into the beer, then into the crumb mixture.

Step 6

Place on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with oil.

Step 7

Bake for 4 to 6 minutes per 1/2-inch thickness.
